Following the hike in fuel price in the country, the Students' Union Government with thorough consideration for students who have exams and activities to run in the school, releases a press release, calling students' attention to the temporary 100 naira increment in transportation fee to the Main Campus.
“With thorough consideration for students who have exams and activities to run in the school and after negotiations, the Students' Union and Transportation Committee have reached a tentative agreement to allow for a maximum increase of 100 naira in the transportation fares.”
This agreement was made to mitigate the effects of the fuel hike and scarcity, ensuring that transportation services remain available to students. The agreement aims to strike a balance between the needs of students and transportation providers".
