OOUMSA ANNOUNCES DEATH OF FINAL YEAR STUDENT

The Olabisi Onabanjo University Medical Students' Association (OOUMSA) announces the death of Oloko Nifemi, a final year Medical student today, Thursday, February 15th, 2024.

Nifemi, whose cause of death has not been disclosed is said to have been lost to the cold hands of death in the early hours of today.

The OOUMSA extend their heartfelt condolences to the family of the deceased and has put a suspension on all lectures across all levels plus clinical activities, as well as all activities of the Association and on the association's social media pages, and lastly, tomorrow's movie night in celebration of valentine's day has been cancelled as well.

"Information about the last respect and other activities, in honour of the dead, will be communicated in due time", says the OOUMSA, through the press release shared tonight.
