Lawal Lateef Abiodun and Tobiloba Oluwasegun Akinjimi, both students of Electrical and Electronic Engineering made this known while Speaking to Campus Mirror recently.

The duo who were among the winners at the recently concluded OOU Inter-Campus Sport Festival and defeated other Campuses to claim Gold Medal at the final round of the long tennis doubles.

In Lawal Lateef words , it is the spirit of the "Ibogun guys" that triggered them to win the tennis games.

"Because we don't have a long tennis court centre in Ibogun, people look down on us as Razz boys, but they've forgotten that the orientation is there.", Lawal said.

"We're strongly pleading with the management of the University to provide us with a court centre for Volley ball and long tennis. We want to perform better next time.", He added.
