The captain of Music football team, Akinsanmisoye Daniel popularly known as Stoner has made it known that they will defeat CRD at the return leg after a goaless draw between the duo at NAOSS CUP.
The NAOSS cup which kick started Today, March 14, 2024, with CRD and Music holding each other to a goaless draw at Olabisi Onabanjo University Sports Center as both teams failed to convert their chances into a goal.
Stoner, while speaking on his team's performance said, “I was expecting better, but we can't predict football, we came out with draw but the next match we are going to beat them.”
He expressed his concern over their lapses in attack but didn't fail to commend his defence for a job well done except for few errors which he assured corrections would be made to before the return leg.
Stoner further reiterated that his team deserved the win as they had better chances to score compared to their opponent as they also outplayed them in terms of possession.
