Olagoke Wisdom Olawale, also known as Freke, studied French at Olabisi Onabanjo university where he graduated recently.
Olagoke grew up in church surrounded by musical instruments, He switched to singing in 2021, inspired by Sharron Stone, who featured in one of his popular songs on his EP.
Olagoke’s Zone EP was a big success, and this marked a turning point in his career as the audience are asking for a Zone 2.0. He combines rap and Afrobeat in his music, drawing inspiration from artists like the Ajebo Hustlers.
Freke stated that his biggest challenge at the moment is building a fan base but he is constantly motivated by Burnaboy's success. He writes songs with meaningful messages and advises aspiring artists to stay true to themselves and manage their money wisely.
Freke is grateful to his fans for their support as Zone already has 8k streams on all platforms he also stated that he could not have done this without them, and he's determined to keep pursuing his music dreams.
