The Olabisi Onabanjo University College of Agricultural Sciences, (CAS) Ayetoro Campus on Wednesday, 27th October 2021 had a 5 km long marathon race.
The event was organised by the Sports Secretary, Comrade Oloko Ashabi and was sponsored by the Agricultural Economics and Farm Management 16/17 set.
The race kicked off at 7:30 am at Joga Anglican church, Ayetoro and ended at the entrance of the Faculty of Agricultural Management and Rural Development (FAMARD)
Akinsote Ismail (300level), Ademuyiwa Mulism(500level), Onerohor Moses (500level), won the 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions respectively.
In attendance was the SUG Vice President 3, Comrade Shonowo Segun Samuel (Don) and the SUG Sports Director, Comrade Oduwaye Taiwo (captain) who both presented the medals and prizes to the winners.
Also present are the Provost, College of Agricultural Sciences Prof. Olurin, The college secretary, Dr Donald Akinmade, Dean of Student Affairs, Dr Idowu and National Association of Agricultural Students President, Ajao Oluwapelumi.
