"When praises go up, blessings will definitely come down". This is the case of a praise concert coming from the Victorious Voice of the Ogun Varsity Christian Fellowship (OVCF) themed "Praise Ye The Lord".
The praise concert being the first of it kind in the history of Ogun Varsity Christian Fellowship is expected to be spirit filled programme. The concert would feature ministrations from "The Victorious voice", "Royal Generation" and other anointed ministers. It will hold on the 25th of May, 2018 at St. Paul Anglican Nur & Pry School, Igan Road, Ago Iwoye.
The music director of Ogun Varsity Christian Fellowship (OVCF), Ugbebor Evergreen Sharon, in an interview with Campus Mirror narrated the idea behind the praise concert. She said;
"The generation of today feels that after they accept Jesus as their Lord and saviour, everything gets boring. They feel that they can no longer listen to rap, Afro, makossa, Fuji and other genres of music. But the truth is, those genres of music can still be listened to while one accepts Jesus and the benefits of accepting Jesus are numerous ".
The open field praise concert is slated to start by 4pm as there would be drama and dancing, and surprise package for the first 20 people to arrive at the venue.
