Nigeria Pharmacology Students' Association Olabisi Onabanjo University Sports director, Comr. Bakre Dolapo, popularly known as Spartan while speaking with Campus Mirror Sport Crew on Friday, May 24, 2024 reiterated the need and purpose of the upcoming games, attributing it to an enliven spirit of togetherness in the department.
This year's edition of NIPSA Games which has been scheduled to hold June 12, 2024 at Gateway Stadium, Ikenne, Sagamu will feature games like track events, sack race, egg race, fill in the bottle, fill in the basket, arm wrestling and many more others.
The popular game of football among Oouites who are sports lovers is no exception as preparations for football matches for both male and female categories have been put in place.
Teams from any categories who emerge champions are to be rewarded with medals and cash offers from the organizers.
Comr. Dolapo further assured that preparations are well underway to see to the success of the event which is one of the activities put in place for the celebration of the department's NIPSA week.
